I am a UX Designer with a Master's Degree in Human-Centered Design and Engineering. I work best in teams, especially in creative spaces, and have experience doing end-to-end design. I am seeking to find an opportunity to improve user experience or research in tech!

Masters UX Researcher

MUX Lab
• Authored a conference paper on the public perception and preferences of different external factors of a UAM, accepted to HFES 2022.
• Co-authored a conference paper on the general public’s trust in UAM as a method of transportation, accepted to HFES 2022.
• Developed a VR environment using Unity to display UAM models so they can be
interacted with and studied.
• Currently conducting further experimental research using this VR environment to get a better understanding of the public’s preferences for different UAM external design features.

Hyundai NGV & Hyundai Motors
• Conducted research on over 700 UX principles, guidelines, and themes for UX
trends in the automotive industry.
• Classified research into principles, guidelines, and themes for easier visibility using Miro and Google Sheets.
• Developed a encyclopedia-like tool to access this research in a clear and concise manner, to be used by Hyundai Motors.
Undergraduate UX Designer

Van Dyke Chiropractic, ChiroTouch Mobile UI
• Interviewed over ten chiropractors across the greater LA area for current experiences using ChiroTouch.
• Discovered user pain points and inefficient systems in the app and targeted those systems for a redesign
• Mapped current user workflows through a task analysis and journey maps
• Designed a potential UI for a mobile app version of the chiropractic software: ChiroTouch, in Figma as part of undergraduate thesis project
Brain Tumor Network
Sept. 2020 - Dec. 2020
• Worked with a team virtually to create three tools to aid in communication between medical insititutions and their patients/caregivers.
• Utilized Mural.co to create storyboards, flow diagrams, and mockups.
• Created multiple prototypes ranging from rapid/low-fidelity to final versions.
• Led multiple interviews across empathy and user testing stages.
• Leadership adopted two of the three proposed changes for implementation on the company website.
